What is the Ardent Executive Business Advisory Program?
Ardent Executive will provide a free, no obligation, business development management tools and techniques presentation. If, like many businesses in NZ, you then decide you and your business can benefit from Ardent Executive's programs and Advisors, you will be offered Ardent Executive's Business Advisory program.
Ardent Executive Advisors will start by helping you record your goals and aspirations for the business and beyond. We will then analyse you, your business and your environment to identify the weak and strong points in your business and the opportunities and threats which exist in the environment in which you operate. Whilst you and your Advisor are defining your strategic business plan, you simultaneously start work on improving your business.
Once your Business Plan has been established your Advisor will use the Zenith Business Development Toolkit, the Zenith Action Planner database, and their wealth of successful management experience, to help you achieve your objectives. Advisors will regularly measure and report your business performance using simple, non obtrusive tools to ensure your goals are being achieved.
How does it work?
All Ardent Executive Programs start with a business plan. Programs are based around weekly meetings with your Ardent Executive Business Advisor. The Business Advisor will provide tools and management learning to help you analyse your business and achieve the objectives in your business plan. Your Advisor will review your progress with you each week and will help you set short, medium and long term goals, within a proven business management framework, which ensures you work on all of the critical areas in your business.
Ardent Executive systemised programs, tools and databases allow our Advisors to focus on actions and results, not administration and documents. Therefore, you will build up your strategic objectives and plans while working on your business. Ardent Executive programs are designed to help you quickly identify the actions that will provide the most benefit, in the shortest time.
You will continue to work with your Advisor to achieve your medium to long term goals and to ensure your business has the proven management tools in place to help you achieve all of your goals.
Do you come to me?
Ardent Executive work for you, the Business Owner. Meetings will be arranged to fit in with your busy schedule. Business Advisors prefer face to face meetings with you (and your Business development team) at your premises. Ardent Executive use a combination of internet video and telephone meetings when face to face meetings are not possible. Whichever meeting methodology is used, your Business Advisor’s positive can do attitude, enthusiasm, and support is guaranteed.
Who is your service aimed at?
Our service is aimed at Business Owners who wish to improve the performance of their business. Our Advisors all have Tertiary Management Qualifications and successful international corporate management experience. They have trained to apply corporate management tools to Small and Medium sized businesses and our many happy customers are proof of our Advisor's success in applying Ardent Executive: systems, tools, databases and knowledge to help NZ Business Owners.
