Whoa to Grow workshops
The Whoa to Grow Workshop Program comprises 3 weeks of business analysis culminating in a workshop on the 4th week to develop a plan for you and your business.
Your Ardent Executive Management Practitioner will use the Zenith Business Development Toolkit to analyse your business, your vision, your market, your finances, your operations, your computer systems, your staff, your management, and your skills. Key Staff and Management are then interviewed to add context to the information gathered. Your Ardent Executive Management Practitioner will also explore the environment in which your business operates.
The workshop involving: management, key staff, and 2 or more Ardent Executive Management Practitioners is designed to effectively convert the analysis findings into an understandable, workable, practical business plan. During this half day workshop the analysis findings will be presented in a simple effective format. The participants will discuss the findings to develop a collective understanding, plus a measure of the importance of each of the findings. Management Tools contained in The Zenith Business Development Toolkit are employed to convert the findings into succinct, measurable objectives. Tasks required to achieve the objectives are identified and a means for measuring the outcomes is devised.
At the end of the workshop you will have developed a one page Zenith business Action Plan which you and your staff can understand and use to achieve the objectives and vision for your organisation. Your staff will have taken on new responsibilities, a new understanding of your business, and new motivation having been involved in the planning and decision making process. Systems will have been identified to ensure you get the information you require to measure the level of success in achieving the objectives (working on your business).

You and your staff will be left with a greater management understanding, a clear path for developing your Business, and a new inclusive, developing, evolving, learning, improving business culture. There will be a new burst of motivation as the workshop leaves everyone feeling like an important member of the management team.
